S\u00e5 ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att all honung smakar lika, s\u00e5 vill vi att kunden ska kunna v\u00e4lja den sort som vederb\u00f6rande uppskattar mest!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liksom vin beror honungens smak p\u00e5 v\u00e4der och vind samt \u00e4ven jordm\u00e5n d\u00e4r v\u00e4xterna v\u00e4xer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I en perfekt v\u00e4rld ska det regna p\u00e5 n\u00e4tterna, solen ska lysa p\u00e5 dagarna och ge v\u00e4rme samt ska det helst inte bl\u00e5sa f\u00f6r mycket!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vissa blommor sl\u00e4pper bara nektar vid vissa tider p\u00e5 dygnet samt vid viss temperatur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag slungar tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger per s\u00e4song. I b\u00f6rjan p\u00e5 juni efter att rapsen blommat ut och i slutet av augusti precis innan invintringen av bina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4ngdala g\u00e5rds honung v\u00e4rms rent allm\u00e4nt inte \u00f6ver 40 grader. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 vinterhalv\u00e5ret efters\u00f6ker m\u00e5nga av min kunder flytande honung. Eftersom vi har ett kallt klimat i Sverige stelnar v\u00e5r honung. \u00c4ven v\u00e5r fauna p\u00e5verkar stelningsprocessen. \u00c4ngdala g\u00e5rds honung som s\u00e4ljs under etiketten &#8221;Flytande honung&#8221; \u00e4r pas\u00f6riserad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Man kan k\u00f6pa Nyslungad honung under sommarhalv\u00e5ret f\u00f6r att sj\u00e4lv frysa in den och ta fram honungen efterhand som man konsumerar den. D\u00e5 beh\u00e5ller honungen alla sina goda egenskaper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rapshonung.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I Sk\u00e5ne \u00e4r det sv\u00e5rt att undvika rapsf\u00e4lten som i princip t\u00e4cker in hela Sk\u00e5ne under maj m\u00e5nad. N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller denna honungssort s\u00e5 \u00e4r det sv\u00e5rt att skilja big\u00e5rdarna \u00e5t. Givetvis ger olika sorter olika m\u00e4ngd av nektar och pollen. Men \u00f6verlag \u00e4r rapsens v\u00e4rde som biv\u00e4xt, nektar: 3 och pollen: 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00f6rsommarhonung.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag har vissa big\u00e5rdar som inte brukar ha rapsf\u00e4lt i n\u00e4rheten. D\u00e4r  \u00e4r floran maskrosor (n: 3, p: 3), vitkl\u00f6ver (n: 3, p: 3), skog och \u00e4ng! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">H\u00f6g-, Sensommarhonung.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u00f6rden av H\u00f6g\/sensommarhonung blir knappt en 1\/4 av f\u00f6rsta sk\u00f6rden som tas i b\u00f6rjan p\u00e5 juni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I S\u00f6dra Sallerup har vi Lindar runt kyrkog\u00e5rden. Lindens v\u00e4rde som biv\u00e4xt \u00e4r nektar: 3 och pollen:1 Vissa \u00e5r ger Linden mycket nektar och smaks\u00e4tter honungen tydligt med sin mintaktiga smak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag brukar s\u00e4rskilja honung d\u00e4r det finns Lind fr\u00e5n andra big\u00e5rdar d\u00e5 just Lind \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt karakt\u00e4ristisk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>V\u00e5r aff\u00e4rsid\u00e9 bygger p\u00e5 att s\u00e4rskilja olika sorters honung ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att l\u00e5ta all honung g\u00e5 ner i samma bytta!
